TransStadia (StadiArena’s exclusive Indian Licensee), have now finalised the £100m+ stadium complex’s design which includes a 25,000 capacity stadium, StadiArena, hotel, private members club, banquet halls, retail and office accommodation. Construction is expected to be completed by mid 2015. This project was initially announced in 2009, when Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Narendra Modi, announced that he is to champion this innovative development, creating India’s first truly world class multi-purpose stadium, to be built in Ahmedabad Mega city, Gujarat, India.StadiArena have worked closely with TransStadia throughout the detailed planing stages and look forward to the imminent ground-breaking.
